Characters (NPCs) Stories and Motivation:

Adila Miziki:

Adila Mizik is a businesswoman who is friends with Imani Zewani, the eldest child. She has heard rooms of a gang of thieves using Nafsi na Ladha as their base for operation and business dealings, concerned about projecting her friend’s family image in the eyes of the public. She is suspicious and wary of outsiders, believing they might be somehow connected to the gangs. When David and Matias approach her, Adila responds with distrust and aggression. She is determined to find who the gang is behind and starts questioning the boys. After some tense back and forth, Adila begins to soften. Yet insists that both David and Matias share information about what they know of the gang.  Matias and David attempt to prove their innocence, but Adila states she is watching them despite the outcome.

Dalila Malamu:

Dalila Malamu, a lawyer representing the Zuwena Family, is aware of the group responsible for the crime, known as "Oops! It's ours now." She has a suspect in mind but does not know their identity. Although she feels sympathy for both David and Matias, she aims to uphold the reputation of the restaurant and the Zuwena Family. Therefore, she requests that Matias and David refrain from discussing the theft of their phones. Despite having already informed the police, the authorities require evidence to initiate an investigation, and the restaurant offers a potential opportunity for David and Matias to gather proof. Dalila reassures them that the security personnel will conduct an inquiry the following day and cautions David and Matias against entering any restricted areas within the restaurant, warning that they will be removed if they do!

Luca Smith:

Luca Smite, is a businessman from Germany who is attending a party at the restaurant to celebrate a family acquisition. It has been a while since he last visited the restaurant; the last time was when he was with his father, Leo Smith, and his mother, Clara Smith, when he was a teenager. Now in his early thirties, he is pleased with the business partnership with The Zuwena Family. He wishes to expand his business into more African countries and needs the assistance of Shadiki Zuwena (the owner), who is well-liked in Tanzania. Therefore, he seeks information that could give him leverage and pressure Shadiki to comply with his wishes. David and Matias may possess what he is looking for as they are looking for their lost phones.

Godfrey Tanza:

Godfrey Tanza, is a well-known musician in Zania with millions of social media followers, who the Zuwena Family invites to a special party to pay his respects to Sadiki for encouraging him and providing him the chance to showcase and enhance his singing talents across Africa and beyond. David is thrilled to meet Godfrey, mentioning that his favourite song is "Greater Few." However, Matias is unfamiliar with Godfrey and is excited to meet a famous star. Godfrey has performed concerts in Spain before, so he thanks both of them, although he is curious about how they were allowed into the venue since it was a private event. David and Matias explain the reason for their presence, and while Godfrey shows interest, he states that it is not his concern and moves on.

Mosi Soma:

Mosi Soma, is the head chef at the restaurant Nasfi Na Lada (where the game takes place) and oversees most of the events unfolding within the establishment. He has noticed suspicious activities since they began charity work and welcomed disadvantaged individuals from the local community. However, he believes the issue will resolve itself as the business recovers. But when David and Matias arrive, he feels conflicted and pressured. He attempts to redirect David and Matias to another restaurant, but they inform him that someone familiar with the phone theft mentioned that the culprits operate their small business there. Mosi claims they are about to close and suggests it would be better for David and Matias to return another time. David and Matias, however, disagree.

Michael Security Guard

Michael was once a promising young Football player, blessed with raw physical talent and an innate understanding of the game. However, despite his physical stature, a series of career-ending injuries derailed his dreams of professional football. Driven by a desire to prove himself in a new field, Michael is eager to find a career that challenges him both physically and mentally.

Alen Security Guard

Alen is the most experienced individual among the three security guards. He was once a rising star in the police force, known for his sharp intuition and fearless pursuit of justice. However, after a particularly gruesome case involving the brutal murder, Alen found himself spiraling into a deep, personal crisis. Seeking a less taxing occupation, he transitioned into the world of private security.

Euodia Security Guard

Eudia is one of three security guards tasked with protecting the wealthy family during their visit to the restaurant. Driven by a relentless pursuit of recognition, she often pushes the boundaries of her role, which often makes her a reckless security guard.
